HOW DO YOU BOOK?

1. Fill out waiver and liability form. Which can be found here.
2. Choose your date, time, and equipment: here.
a. Be sure to list life jacket sizes
b. Be sure to have correct drop off address listed
c. If transportation is required (ex. Going down river. Different start and end locations), ensure to book the transportation add on.

CAN I PICK UP MY RENTAL?

YES! If you have the means for pick up, you're more than welcome to pick up directly in Pine City. You must bring your own tie downs. We are able to deliver your rental to you as well if you are staying on Pokegama, Rush Lakes, or the Snake River! Feel free to email us with questions about this!

CAN I USE THE RENTAL AT DIFFERENT LAKES?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We sure do! Send us an email, and we can get you set!

YES! Feel free to bring these rentals up to your cabin. We are the perfect half way point from the cities to Duluth.

We accept all forms of payment! (Besides checks!)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you have a cancellation in your travel plans or if the weather isn't looking too promising for your rental day, send us a message!

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental time without incurring any charges.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time may be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the rental fee (e.g., 50% of the total rental cost).
No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled rental without prior cancellation will be charged the full rental fee.
Rescheduling: Customers may request to reschedule their reservation based on availability, subject to the cancellation policy.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period will be issued promptly, typically within 3-5 business days, using the original payment method.

ARE LIFE JACKETS PROVIDED WITH RENTALS?

Yes, with every rental you are provided with a life jacket and paddle. We have youth, adult, and XL.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR RENTING A KAYAK?

Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old to sign the rental agreement and use the equipment.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR A DAY TRIP?

Short answer is no; however, we can schedule a pick up and transport back to the beginning of the trip for an additional charge. For larger groups and longer trips, we are able to transport to you from point A to point B! We have partnered with a local company to assist with transportations. WHAT ELSE DOES PINE CITY PROVIDE?

Pine City offers a lot of outdoor activities and is focused on art. Feel free to check out this 6 page local guidebook. It provides places to eat, things to do including rain day activities, and local shops. This is tailored to the Pine City and surrounding areas. Check out the guidebook: HERE
