Answers You Need

HOW DO YOU BOOK?

There's two ways to book! Click on the top of the web page under "Book Online". You will then choose your date and rental type. You must also fill out a waiver and liability form! 

OR

1. Fill out waiver and liability form. Which can be found here. 
2. Fill out the rental form which can be found here.
3. We will then send you an email and invoice verifying everything! This may take up to 24 hours.

CAN I PICK UP MY RENTAL?

Currently, no. We are hoping to deliver your rental to you! If you don't live on Pokegama Lake, Cross Lake, Rush Lake or the Snake River, you must have means to transport your rental to those places. Feel free to email us with questions about this!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We sure do! Send us an email, and we can get you set!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all forms of payment! (Besides checks!)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you have a cancellation in your travel plans or if the weather isn't looking too promising for your rental day, send us a message! 
 
Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental time without incurring any charges.

  2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time may be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the rental fee (e.g., 50% of the total rental cost).

  3. Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds) or unsafe water conditions, customers may cancel their reservation with no penalty. The decision to cancel due to weather conditions will be made at the discretion of Pine City River Rentals staff.

  4. No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to arrive for their scheduled rental without prior cancellation will be charged the full rental fee.

  5. Rescheduling: Customers may request to reschedule their reservation based on availability, subject to the cancellation policy.

  6. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period will be issued promptly, typically within 3-5 business days, using the original payment method.

ARE LIFE JACKETS PROVIDED WITH RENTALS?

Yes, with every rental you are provided with a life jacket and paddle. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR RENTING A KAYAK?

Yes, renters must be at least 18 years old to sign the rental agreement and use the equipment.
